The EESTEL association helps promote the state of the art through the evolution of usage, services, and technology, as well as through societal and legal perspectives. Each EESTEL member contributes to this effort in their own way.
This participation can take several forms:

Registering for working groups

and participating in work sessions either in person or remotely

Drafting or contributing to white papers

summary notes, and any publication of the association

Enhancing the shared documentation system

reserved for members

Accessing numerous services

The Association is composed of Expert and Observer members.

Expert Members
Expert Members have full access to the association’s resources and collaboration opportunities. They can participate in governance (voting rights at general assemblies, participation in the board) and contribute to the creation of projects or working groups. They also benefit from opportunities to promote their expertise through EESTEL’s communication tools, such as the website, LinkedIn page, and official deliverables. Their status allows them to associate their brand with events or represent EESTEL at speaking engagements.

Observer Members
Observer Members have access to resources related to technology, regulatory, and standardization watch, such as replay videos, public event presentations, and internal association documents. However, they do not participate in the governance of the association (board, general assemblies), nor in the collaborative creation of projects or working groups. Additionally, they may not promote their image through EESTEL’s official channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.). When referring to their status, they must indicate « Observer Member ».
