EESTEL will hold its next member meeting on 2 July 2026, with the participation of Mercatel, represented by Myriam Bourgeot and Charlotte Pagot.
This session will be chaired by Arnaud Crouzet and organised as an exchange between EESTEL experts and Mercatel representatives, bringing together technical expertise in digital transactions and a merchant-side perspective on market needs, operational priorities and emerging challenges.
The discussion will focus on several topics currently shaping the evolution of digital transactions and their practical implications for merchants:
• Agentic payments
• Digital euro
• Quantum and post-quantum challenges
• Digital identity
The objective of the meeting is to share technical insights with Mercatel on these topics, while enriching EESTEL’s work with a concrete view of merchant expectations and sector-specific priorities.
